Starting March 25, 2021, we’re holding our next 6-week Church Goals class where we will equip you to achieve all that God is calling you to accomplish with His church.
What we cover in the class:
- Setting realistic goals for 2021
- How to reach people outside the church
- Getting your team (volunteers, employees and elders) on board
- Building core values everyone will support and live out
- What to do every day, step by step, to care for those in your church
- What to do every day to, step by step, to reach people outside your church
- How do build strong and enthusiastic volunteer teams
- Staying encouraged throughout the process

How it Works
The Ministry
Thrive has had a passion since it’s inception to equip leaders and strengthen the Church. Through the Thrive Conference and numerous round table meetings, thousands of pastors have found encouragement and support. We’ve sought to formalize how we share information and support each other by looking at the best practices and ideas we’ve gleaned over the past 25 years and put it into a six-week course. The results have been very promising.
The Classes
Classes meet once a week for six weeks on Thursdays. Classes are limited to 20 churches so we get maximum impact and participation between pastors. Classes meet via Zoom and are recorded (in case you miss one of the meetings). Churches are encouraged to have any key staff the Senior Pastor would like to have attend with them. We provide the classes and all course materials at no cost. Classes are by invitation only (we like to invite pastors who are excited about helping each other and growing their church)
The Facilitators
One of the keys to the success of the ministry has been the Facilitators. Each church that attends the class is assigned a class Facilitator. The Facilitator is available to meet with you, one-on-one, between classes to discuss the uniqueness of your church and how concepts discussed might be applied. The Facilitator can also recommend resources from the hundreds of resources we’ve amassed over the years from meeting with churches and growing our own campuses.
About Church Goals
Church Goals is a ministry of Thriving Churches International and was birthed at Bayside Church in Granite Bay, CA. The program was created in 2005 and has been taught to churches for over 15 years. Our goal is to equip healthy leaders to run healthy churches. Working together we can strengthen the Church.
