Doug Fields
pDoug is a 40-year youth ministry veteran currently serving as youth pastor at Mariners Church in So. CA. He’s the co-founder of DownloadYouthMinistry.com, the Director of Training at HomeWord, and the author of 50+ books including Purpose Driven Youth Ministry; Your First 2 Years in Youth Ministry; Speaking to Teenagers; and Congratulations… You’re Gifted.
Josh Griffin
Josh is one of the leading voices in youth ministry with 25+ years of experience and is the junior high pastor at Mariners Church in Irvine, CA. He served 13 years at Saddleback Church as the High School Pastor under Rick Warren, is the co-founder of DownloadYouthMinistry.com and hosts a youth ministry podcast with Doug Fields. He’s created youth ministry resources and authored several books. He and his wife Angela also have 4 teenagers.
Mark Clark
Mark was the founding pastor of Village Church, a multi-site church in Canada and online around the world. He is the author of The Problem of Jesus and The Problem of God, winner of the 2018 Word Award for Evangelism. Mark recently moved to California with his wife, Erin, and their 3 daughters.
Colton Tucker
Colton is the student ministries director at the Granite Bay campus. Served in both middle school and high school roles. He has been involved in students ministries at Bayside for 10 years.
Hannah Floch
Hannah is a wife, mom to 2 little boys, and has been a student pastor over Middle School Bayside Granite Bay for the last six years. Hannah has her seminary degree from Talbot school of Theology in Pastoral Care and counseling. After doing pastoral ministry for over 11 years.
Charvis Franklin
Charvis has served on the Bayside High School team going on 3 years, and has worked in student ministries for 7 years. He loves pouring into students and challenging them to be humble, strong followers of Christ.
Parker Johnston
Parker has been a high school pastor with Bayside Church for 3 years and has worked in student ministries for 7 years. Parker received his Master of Arts in Bible Exposition from Talbot School of Theology.
Keelyn Dennis
Keelyn has been on the Bayside High School team for 3 years, and has served in student ministries for a total of 8 years. Keelyn loves seeing students take steps in ownership of their faith and calling.
Mason Williams
Mason is the pastor of student ministries at the Santa Rosa Campus. He’s been on staff for 9 years and grew up attending the campus.
Jared Furze
Jared has committed his life to helping students! He has 10 plus years of student ministry experience. He is currently a middle school pastor at Bayside Church Granite Bay for almost 2 years now.
