Out of an over-abundance of caution for our teams and for those we seek to serve, we are postponing our Thrive SoCal and NorCal Conferences. We continue to follow the recommendation of the CDC, local county health departments and a private board of doctors for how best to respond to the developing situation. While we’re postponing the onsite conferences, we are not forgetting our commitment to healthy leaders and thriving churches. Here is what we are doing this spring:
- We will be offering an online conference later this spring;
- As well as ongoing webinars to help resource you as you lead in these trying times;
- And, we have postponed the NorCal conference to a later date this fall. As soon as we determine the new dates you will be the first to know.

Every Wednesday, Thrive offers a 1-hour long webinar on topics that range from COVID-19, to racism, to reopening the church, to sharing some tips for how to lead your staff, best practices guidelines, and some ideas for maximizing your church online.
